For Christmas 2019, we went with the theme of “Christmas Traditions.” It was five weeks that built on each other, so we represented that with five icons: the Christmas Tree, bells, the nativity, light, and the gift. Not only did we focus on a different element each week, but the stage design for the service changed each week. It culminated in our three Christmas Eve services with over 1,400 people in attendance and over $50,000 in Christmas Fund donations.

Graphics
These are the main and weekly slides that go on the main screens for the presentations.

These are the banners or social media invites (the smaller squares) that we used in addition to our Facebook event and our webpage. We also ran paid social media ads on Facebook and Instagram.

Printed Material
These are some of the materials we had printed. Each week, they were made available as people walked in or at various kiosks around the building.

Welcome Video
Before service started, we wanted to set the tone for the event with a quick, welcome video.
From opening with an adorable special presentation of “Jingle Bell Rock” to the ending night with over 1,400 people in attendance, the staff considered it a job well done.
